These Payment Terms explain payment arrangements for purchases from https://rigidityux.com/. The seller is HAIKOU TUANYI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., operating as Rigidityux. Read these terms together with our Terms of Service.

  1. Available Payment Methods

Only the methods offered for your order at checkout are available for that transaction. Options can differ according to destination, currency, provider, and eligibility. A payment brand displayed elsewhere on the website does not mean that every customer can use it for every order.

  1. Prices and Currency

Your order is charged in the currency identified at checkout. Before paying, review the complete total, including the products, discounts, delivery costs, taxes, and any duties collected by us.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment company determines its conversion rate and any conversion or cross-border fees. Those provider charges are separate from the amounts collected by our store.

  1. Authorization and Payment Processing

When you submit payment at checkout, you instruct the selected payment provider to process the total shown using a payment method you are authorized to use. The provider may reserve funds or collect payment at that stage, according to the payment method. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge.

The contract formation rule in Section 5 of our Terms of Service applies when an order is successfully submitted. Payment checks and shipment notices do not defer that event. A technical payment event without a successfully submitted order should be investigated; please contact support@rigidityux.com before trying again. If an order is canceled lawfully or by agreement, charges for canceled items and delivery services that will not be provided will be refunded, without restricting any statutory remedy.

  1. Payment Security

Use the store checkout or the payment company's authorized interface to enter payment information. Do not email full card details, card security codes, banking passwords, or one-time authentication codes to our support team.

We may request reasonable information needed to investigate a potentially fraudulent transaction. We will not ask you to disclose a payment password or a one-time banking authentication code by email.

  1. Declined or Uncertain Payments

If your provider rejects a payment, check the billing information, ask the provider for assistance, or select another method offered at checkout.

If you see a charge but cannot find an order confirmation, email support@rigidityux.com before placing the same order again. We can help check whether the original order and payment were recorded.

  1. Promotions

Offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions disclosed with the promotion. Apply a required code before paying and confirm that the final summary contains the intended discount.

Promotional purchases retain the consumer rights that apply to them, including rights concerning defective products and eligible returns. We will not impose a charge after purchase that was not disclosed beforehand.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

An unshipped order may be canceled within 24 hours after placement without a cancellation fee. For a later request, contact us so that we can check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. Once goods have shipped, the return procedure applies following delivery, without limiting any mandatory rights.

We aim to initiate a confirmed cancellation refund within 5 business days. For an eligible return, we aim to initiate the refund within 5 business days after the returned goods arrive, including the time needed for inspection. A bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Any shorter legally required deadline takes priority.

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the purchase. Original delivery charges are generally not reimbursed for a voluntary change-of-mind return. Different rules apply to our errors, qualifying defective goods, and statutory withdrawal rights; see the Return & Refund Policy for the full arrangements.

We issue refunds in the currency of the original transaction. If your account uses another currency, exchange rates and provider fees may affect the amount shown on your statement. This does not reduce any reimbursement we are legally required to make.

  1. Payment Questions and Disputes

Contact support@rigidityux.com if a charge seems wrong or you do not recognize it. Supply the order number, payment date, and amount where available, without sending complete payment credentials.

Asking us to investigate does not prevent you from contacting your payment provider or exercising an available legal or payment-dispute right.
