  1. Who We Are

These Terms cover your use of https://rigidityux.com/ and purchases made through this website. The website operator and seller is HAIKOU TUANYI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., trading as Rigidityux.

References to "Rigidityux," "we," "us," and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person visiting the website or placing an order.

Our online store runs on Shopify. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform; HAIKOU TUANYI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. remains the seller responsible for purchases from this store.

  1. Using Our Website

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase you make. Keep your order information accurate, including your email, delivery address, and billing details. If you create an account, protect its login details.

Do not use the website to commit fraud, break the law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or disrupt the website and its security.

  1. Product Information

We offer home organization and storage goods. Before buying, review the listed measurements, materials, installation requirements, contents, and care guidance. Items used to style a photograph are included only if the listing expressly identifies them as part of the purchase.

Product colors can appear differently on different screens. This does not reduce your rights when goods are defective, inaccurately described, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.

  1. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Check the currency and complete order total at checkout before submitting payment. The order summary will identify shipping charges, taxes, and duties that we collect. The methods available to pay for a particular order depend on the options actually offered at checkout.

A bank or payment provider may impose its own exchange rate, currency conversion fee, or cross-border charge. Further information appears in our Payment Terms.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

A sales contract between you and HAIKOU TUANYI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is formed when your order is successfully submitted through our checkout. The order confirmation email provides a record of that contract. Sending a shipment notice is a fulfillment update and is not a condition for the contract to exist.

If a payment problem, unavailable stock, an incorrect listing, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction affects your order, we will notify you promptly. Any correction or cancellation will follow applicable law or your agreement; these issues do not automatically mean that no contract was formed. Where cancellation is lawful or agreed, we will return the sums paid for the canceled items and delivery services that will not be provided. Statutory remedies remain available in addition to refunds. Changes to the agreed price or products require your consent.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Email support@rigidityux.com promptly if you need to change or cancel a purchase, and include the order number.

You may cancel within 24 hours after placing your order if it has not shipped. There is no cancellation fee. We will refund the canceled items and the portion of shipping charges relating to goods that will not be sent.

For requests made after that period, we will check whether an unshipped order can still be stopped or changed. An order already dispatched cannot be stopped or redirected through this cancellation procedure; you may request a return following delivery.

These arrangements do not restrict any separate statutory withdrawal right or remedy for shipment delays.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery policy sets out available destinations, processing and transit estimates, tracking arrangements, and assistance with delivery issues. Any specific delivery commitment disclosed before you buy must also be taken into account.

If dispatch cannot take place within the promised period, we will tell you about the delay and explain the cancellation or refund choices required by law. Our responsibilities for missing or damaged deliveries continue to apply under the relevant law and our published policies.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Our voluntary return program permits eligible requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. We arrange free standard return shipping through customer support for eligible returns. Read the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, return instructions, refund calculations, and timing.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the original delivery charge is generally excluded from the refund. That exclusion does not apply where the law requires reimbursement or where the return concerns our error, damaged or defective goods, or an incorrect item.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain available alongside our voluntary policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

Content belonging to us or used with the rights holder's permission is subject to applicable intellectual property protection. You may access it for personal shopping. Other uses require authorization from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits the use without permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

Payment companies, carriers, and other external providers may publish terms and privacy information governing their own services. Review those documents where relevant. An external link or provider's separate terms do not release us from responsibilities we owe you as the seller.

  1. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

Follow the product's instructions, including any installation requirements and stated load limits. Legal guarantees and warranties that cannot be excluded continue to apply.

We do not exclude or restrict responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, and death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such restrictions are prohibited. Any other limitation operates only within the limits permitted by the law applicable to your purchase.

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. Your Privacy Choices explains available requests and applicable advertising or data-sharing opt-outs.

Where consent is legally required, it must be obtained separately. Visiting or using the website alone does not give consent to non-essential tracking.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

The laws of mainland China govern these Terms, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to your purchase. HAIKOU TUANYI TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is registered in China. This choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.

You may email support@rigidityux.com so that we can help resolve a concern. You remain free to contact a competent regulator or use a court available under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights.

  1. Changes and Contact

Revisions to these Terms apply prospectively. The version applicable when your order was placed continues to apply to that purchase, except where a change is legally required or you agree to it.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions remain effective to the extent the law permits.
