This policy describes personal information associated with visiting our store, placing an order, contacting us, or using related services. A separate Your Privacy Choices page explains how to exercise applicable choices.

2. Information We Collect and Its Sources

Information you provide may include:
• Contact and delivery details, such as name, email address, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses;
• Order details, such as products purchased, amounts paid, delivery status, returns, and refunds;
• Account details, if you choose to create an account;
• Communications, such as questions, support messages, and any photographs or documents you choose to provide about an order; and
• Marketing preferences and privacy choices.

Information collected through the website may include IP address, device and browser information, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages viewed, referral information, cart activity, and cookie or similar identifiers. Which non-essential information is collected depends on the services enabled and the privacy choices that apply to your visit.

Payment providers process payment credentials. We receive information needed to confirm and administer transactions, such as payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details. Please do not send full card information to our support team.

We may also receive information from Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, and, where enabled, analytics or advertising services, for purposes described below.

3. How We Use Information

We use relevant information to:
• Process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking, and handle returns and refunds;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer service;
• Maintain accounts and remember necessary shopping preferences;
• Detect fraud, secure the website, and investigate technical problems;
• Understand store performance and improve products and services, where the relevant analytics are enabled and lawfully used;
• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
• Measure or personalize advertising where such services are enabled and permitted; and
• Meet tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal obligations and resolve disputes.

4. Legal Bases Where Required

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract for shopping and fulfillment; legal obligations for required records and disclosures; legitimate interests, subject to your rights, for proportionate security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement; and consent where required for marketing or non-essential tracking.

You may withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. We do not treat merely browsing the website as consent to all tracking or marketing.

5. Who Receives Information?

We disclose information as necessary to provide services to:
• Shopify and relevant store-service providers for hosting, checkout, order management, and store operation;
• Payment and fraud-prevention providers to process or verify transactions;
• Carriers, fulfillment providers, and return-handling providers to deliver or receive goods;
• Communications and customer-support providers to respond to requests or send permitted messages;
• Analytics and advertising providers, where enabled and subject to applicable privacy choices;
• Professional advisers, authorities, or other recipients where necessary to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights; and
• A successor or prospective transaction party in a business reorganization, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

We share only information relevant to the purpose. Service providers may process information on our behalf, while some providers process certain information for their own purposes under their privacy notices. A reference to a provider does not mean that it is the seller of our products.

6. Shopify Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes information to operate the platform and may also process information for its own purposes as described in its privacy notices.

If Shopify Network Intelligence or related enhanced services are enabled for our store, Shopify may use information about interactions with our store together with information from other merchants or Shopify services to provide enhanced services, including relevant personalization, performance, fraud-prevention, or advertising features. Applicable consent and opt-out choices must be respected. Shopify's privacy information and request portal are available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy and https://privacy.shopify.com/.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Choices

Necessary cookies support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, and saving privacy choices. Where enabled, optional analytics or advertising technologies may measure visits, recognize browsers, or support advertising.

Where consent is legally required, optional technologies require consent before activation. Use the store's cookie preference controls, where displayed, to accept, reject non-essential technologies, or change your preferences. Browser settings can also limit cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may affect shopping functions.

Disclosures of identifiers or browsing activity to advertising partners can be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when there is no cash payment. Where those activities occur and an opt-out right applies, you may opt out using the store's data-sharing controls or by contacting support@rigidityux.com. See Your Privacy Choices for details. A valid opt-out will not prevent processing necessary to fulfill your order or comply with the law.

Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal. Do Not Track signals are different and do not necessarily communicate the same legally recognized choice.

8. International Processing

Our operator is based in China, and Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. Where required, international transfers use lawful safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual protections. Contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your information.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law.

Order, payment, and tax records are retained for applicable accounting, tax, and dispute periods. Support records are kept for resolving requests and related follow-up. Account information is retained while the account is maintained and as needed to close it or meet legal obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until changed or no longer needed; a limited suppression record may be kept to honor an opt-out. Cookie and device-data retention depends on the relevant technology and applicable preferences.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us for more specific retention information relevant to your data or request deletion where available.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep account credentials private and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information to us.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to our processing, you may have rights to:
• Know about or access personal information, including relevant collection, use, and disclosure details;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions;
• Receive a portable copy of eligible information;
• Restrict processing or object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent;
• Opt out of applicable sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling activities;
• Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive information where applicable; and
• Appeal an eligible request decision or complain to the appropriate privacy authority.

These rights depend on applicable law and are not a statement that every privacy statute applies to our business. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email support@rigidityux.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records. We verify identity only where appropriate and will not ask you to send a password or full payment card number. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted; we may request evidence of their authority as the law allows.

We respond within the deadline required by applicable law. Where an extension is allowed and necessary, we will explain the reason and timing. Some information may be retained when a legal exception applies; we will explain an applicable refusal or limitation. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact your competent data protection authority.

12. Children

Our store is intended for general adult shopping and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided information that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 for advertising purposes.

13. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where legally required.
